Arrived stained

My husband purchased this for our daughter for Christmas and it arrived stained. He reached out for assistance and was promised they’d fix it. After hearing nothing, he followed up again but they didn’t fix it. We ended up giving the stained hoodie to our daughter, but will not be doing business with them again.

It's been nearly a month since I ordered my hoodie and it's still in transit. I've tried to get help through email and nobody has responded. Customer service seems to be lacking and it's really sad. I really wanted to love this brand. Got and email to leave a review for the merchandise but it's difficult to review when my order is still out there somewhere. I live in arizona and it shipped from California. It should not take a month to receive.
